This project was created as part of the Projector course “Creative Composition” and became a component of the broader initiative called “Ukrainization.” The goal of the initiative is to popularize Ukrainian artists among Ukrainian audiences and to build a modern visual dialogue with our cultural heritage.
Our team focused on the work of Yakiv Hnizdovsky — a graphic artist, woodcut printmaker, and painter whose practice combines rhythm, structure, and a profound sensitivity to nature. One of Hnizdovsky’s key artistic directions was his interest in the musicality of form – the rhythm of lines and the repetition of structured patterns.
